☀️ Sun-Hardening: The process gradually exposing your plant to the sunlight.
**Up until now your plants have lived FULLY indoors** Exposing your plant to sunlight at this stage may result in: burnt leaves, stunted growth, and plant death. 🌱
To start the process: 🌿
Put your plant outdoors during the day NOT in direct sunlight, somewhere shaded. Shadecloth or light blocking devices will STILL allow light in at this stage and could be HARMFUL to your plant. Bring your plant indoors EVERY night and leave a small light on for it. REPEAT this process for 7 days MINIMUM.
After a MINIMUM of 7 days, we recommend introducing them to 1 hour of sunlight, and increasing that by an hour each day. (Day 2: two hours in full sun then move to shade / indoor at night - Day 3: three hours in full sun then move to shade - indoor at night etc.). REPEAT this process for 5 days.
This process will allow the leaves to adapt to handle living outdoors and in full sunlight. Water consumption will increase during the hardening process. Your plant should be able to withstand a full day in sunlight before PERMANENTLY transplanting them.
When transplanting, DO NOT BREAK UP SOIL AROUND ROOTS. Once fully transplanted, we recommend using nutrients that we also carry in store! We also carry several cannabis - safe bug sprays (safe for human consumption, BE CAREFUL to avoid sprays with harmful toxins) that you might need if growing outdoors.

Light nutrients are able to be introduced during the sun-hardening process. Once planted however, it will be another 2-3 days before they can handle stronger, full-strength nutrients.
DISCLAIMER: You may notice some yellowing of the older leaves during the hardening process and after planting. This is normal and we do NOT recommend removing those leaves as the plant still receives nutrients from them important for rooting.
